Under One Roof Survey
Did signposting you to the Under One Roof website help you progress your maintenance or repair issue?
As part of our Scheme of Assistance we signpost homeowners and landlords to Under One Roof to address common repair works.
Under One Roof are a charity who provide free and impartial, online and interactive information about common repairs and tenement maintenance: helping private flat owners understand their rights and responsibilities to manage their building.
As someone who recently contacted us looking for common repairs assistance, we would appreciate it if you could complete our short survey. Your feedback will help us find out:

- If you were able to progress the repair or maintenance you enquired about?
Your feedback will help inform the property condition assistance we provide through our Scheme of Assistance.

Phases
2024/25 Under One Roof Survey
This survey will be issued to everyone who contacts the Private Sector Team looking for common repair assistance during 2024/25. This survey will help us understand how useful this site is in meeting the maintenance and repair needs of residents.

Common repairs assistance falls within our Scheme of Assistance.
We will create a new survey for the following year.
