The New Falkirk Town Hall Usage Engagement
We want to make sure the spaces and services inside the new town hall work for you. This short survey focuses on how you'd use the building and will shape what's on offer, how shared spaces are used, and what facilities will make it welcoming for everyone.

Phases
Feedback & Reporting
Your feedback will help inform the next stage of planning for the new Falkirk Town Hall. It will be considered alongside the outcome of the wider engagement programme.
Specifically, your responses will help to:
- Further develop the internal layout so the building is welcoming, accessible and meets the needs of different users
- Guide early decisions around the types of performances, events and activities the venue should offer
- Shape an operating model that reflects how people want to use the building and supports long-term sustainability
- Inform reports to councillors as part of the decision-making process
