Falkirk Council Housing Applicant Survey

The Service Improvement Scrutiny Group, this group is made up of Falkirk Council Tenants and is supported independently by the Tenant Information Service (TIS). The remit of the group is to look at how housing services delivered by Falkirk Council can be improved. 

The group are currently looking at how easy or difficult it is for people to apply for housing and are keen to hear from people who are waiting for a home.
