We’re seeking views on a new Self-Directed Support Policy, which sets out how people can access social care support in a way which best suits their needs. The policy is based upon national guidance and best practice.

Following the end of the consultation, feedback will be collated and analysed. We will combine views from the survey with feedback gathered through engagement with community groups and organisations.
This information will inform a report to be presented at the Integration Joint Board on 20 June. A report will be shared to show how people’s views have informed the decision-making process.
