Roads Maintenance Survey
Falkirk Council Roads Services is looking to collect feedback from road users and pedestrians across the area as it evaluates its performance in a variety of key areas in recent months and years.
This short survey is open to anyone to complete and represents a chance for members of the public to give feedback on several elements, including the condition of roads and pavements, street lighting and winter maintenance.
This study provides an opportunity for members of the community to help shape Roads Services' priorities for the coming period.
Roads Services welcomes all relevant feedback, whether it is positive or negative.
If you require more information or have any questions about this, please email roads@falkirk.gov.uk.
Phases
Roads Maintenance: Analysis of Results
During this stage we will look at the feedback from the public and create a report to help us determine our future service objectives. This will involve us reviewing where the public feel we have performed well and not as well as a service, and using this feedback to consider how we can improve our performance in areas perceived to be weaker, whilst also maintaining a consistent performance in the areas currently deemed as stronger aspects.
The survey is already broken down into different sections, which will enable us to clearly assess what the public consider our strengths and weaknesses to be relating to each aspect of the service which they have been invited to consider, including the maintenance of carriageways, footpaths and street lighting, management of roadworks, our performance over several years and how we communicate.
