Palliative and End of Life Care in Falkirk

Palliative and end of life care services can help improve the quality of life for someone who has a life-limiting illness and their family and carers. This can be done by offering services, advice, information, referrals and support.

While this can be a challenging time, we would like to hear your views from both personal and professional perspectives. This will help us develop our strategic thinking around community palliative and end of life care services.

If you have any questions, please contact: HSCPComms@falkirk.gov.uk

Thank you for sharing your views during the first phase of this consultation.

This consultation is part of a Forth Valley wide strategy for commissioning Palliative and End of Life Care services so we will be sharing our findings with Clackmannanshire & Stirling HSCP to develop the strategy.

Your feedback will inform the development of a draft strategy. We will seek your views on the draft survey in the next couple of months.
