Factoring Questionnaire
This Factoring Questionnaire is aimed at every homeowner within a high-rise block factored by Falkirk Council. Through this questionnaire we hope to find out what you think about the Factoring Service provided during 2023/24.
We intend to use the responses to help shape the service and may, from time to time publish general results from the questionnaire which would remain anonymous.
The Scottish Housing Regulator has asked us to collect the information detailed in question one. Anonymised results to question one will be passed to the Scottish Housing Regulator and may be published by them.

Analysis & Feedback
We have reviewed the responses to our Factoring Questionnaire 2023/24 and have shared the findings below. A copy of the findings has been added to our Factoring webpage (this can be accessed at: www.falkirk.gov.uk/factoring) and is being added to the noticeboards within each factored block.
Work is ongoing to produce the 2024 Factoring Newsletter. We plan to share this with you late Autumn 2024. This will include satisfaction information and provide an update on a range of factoring issues. The newsletter will be printed and posted to each factored homeowner. It will also be added to our Factoring webpage and added to the noticeboards within each factored block.
