Factoring Questionnaire 2024/25
This Factoring Questionnaire is open to every homeowner within a high-rise block factored by Falkirk Council. Through this questionnaire we hope to find out what you think about the Factoring Service provided during 2024/25.
We intend to use the responses to help shape the service and may, from time to time publish general results from the questionnaire which would remain anonymous. The Scottish Housing Regulator has asked us to collect the information detailed in question one. Anonymised results to question one will be passed to the Scottish Housing Regulator and may be published by them.

You can respond to the questionnaire electronically or complete the paper copy posted to you, returning it to us in the prepaid envelope.

Phases
Factoring Questionnaire 2024/25
Our Factoring Questionnaire 2024/25 is issued early March 2025, annually. The questionnaire is open for six weeks. We will review the responses received and raise any advised repairs.
Responses to question one will allow us to feedback in the Annual Return on the Charter (Scottish Social Housing Charter). We will review all responses received: this will be fed into the development of our Satisfaction Results and Factoring Newsletter which is outlined in phase 2.
