Digital Health and Care Programme Delivery Plan
Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) delivers adult social care services and community health services in the Falkirk area. Digital technology has become increasingly beneficial in transforming health and care delivery and making people’s lives easier and better.
Recognising the potential of digital technologies, Falkirk HSCP is developing a new Digital Health and Care Delivery Plan. This will align with our Strategic Plan priorities and other local and national strategies.

Consultation
We are developing a Falkirk HSCP Digital Health and Care Delivery Plan and would welcome your ideas. Your views will help to ensure our digital initiatives improve the health and care outcomes of those we work with and support.
We want to hear from people living in the Falkirk area including the service users, carers, our workforce and other individuals living in Falkirk. You are invited to complete our survey and help inform the development of our digital services.
