Dawson Park Pavilion Lease Consultation

It is proposed that Dawson Park Pavilion located within Dawson Park, Bainsford in Falkirk be leased to The Grahamston Community Club for 20 years at £1 per annum. The lease would remove the ongoing liabilities and costs associated for Falkirk Council with this property and secure the pavilions use for the benefit of the local community.

We are seeking feedback from residents and communities on the proposal.

The results of this consultation exercise will be considered by Falkirk Council’s Executive committee before a final decision is taken over the future of the property.
