The main changes are:
1. The format of the Policy to reflect the new policy format and How to Guide
2. Updated links to the relevant policies
3. Updated terminology, to reflect for example, new communication platforms (such as Viva Engage), the Council’s Hybrid Working Policy and to ensure consistency with the Organisational Severe Weather Plan and the Incident Management Plan
4. Updated school closure part to ensure it is in line with the Service Winter Plan.
