Replace small litter bins

Their is 4 rather small litter bins in the town center 2 of which arnt used as they are right next to a large one the other 2 are way to small for the area, would be great if these two undersized and over used bins are replaced each with larger ones and potentially remove the under used ones the bins are on market street and hope street
